Services & Repairs: We assist our clients with simple repairs to their fire safety systems or fire extinguishers. These services may be billed at a fixed or hourly rate, and include;

• Annual elevator fire alarm protection testing.
• Fire suppression systems inspection and certification. We service, clean, degrease, and performing all required system tests and maintenance. We may then issue detailed reports and re-certify systems.

Annual Facility Inspections: We conduct annual inspections and tests to fire extinguishers, fire alarm systems and fire sprinkler systems to ensure compliance with current fire safety codes, including;

• Inspections of all fire extinguishers located in vehicles, equipment, or other “off-site” locations.
• Periodic maintenance and/or hydro-testing of fire extinguishers requiring such maintenance when such maintenance does not exceed the cost of a replacement of the extinguisher.
• Annual maintenance and inspection of all fire safety systems, fire sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers and generation of annual reports or other related reports, including follow-up reports when necessary.
• Provision of inspection & certification reports.
